Late Booking Policy
We charge a $15.00 fee for a late booking. We have additional costs when we receive a booking on the day before or the day of travel. To avoid this extra charge, please make reservations at least two business days prior to departure. For example if you are traveling on Thursday, any reservation made after 4:30pm on Tuesday will result in a late booking fee. For travel on Saturday, Sunday or Monday make your reservation before 4:30pm on Thursday to avoid the late booking fee. A reservation for Tuesday must be made by 4:30pm Friday to avoid the $15.00 fee. Any reservation made on the weekend or holiday or after hours by calling our emergency after hours number will result in a late booking fee. Reservations made on line will not be charged a late booking fee if when processed on the next business day they meet our guidelines to avoid a late booking fee.
